Today, Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn opened the Med4Jobs Stakeholder dialogue organised by the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) in Barcelona. The promotion of start-ups, innovation and investment is at the heart of the EU agenda in the Southern Neighbourhood to provide prospects for the young generation. Med4Jobs is a flagship UfM initiative targeting employability, job intermediation and an enabling business environment.
