Building upon the announcement made by President von der Leyen at the 2025 State of the Union, the recent High-level International Conference for the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution, co-chaired by France and Saudi Arabia, as well as the Ad-Hoc Liaison Committee meeting held in New York last September, the Palestine Donor Group (PDG) will convene in Brussels on 20 November 2025 to address the most pertinent issues currently facing the region. This includes the fiscal stability of the Palestinian Authority (PA), progress by the PA on its Reform Agenda, the economic recovery of the West Bank, as well as the latest developments in Gaza.
The PDG will be convened in two segments:
- A Senior Official Meeting in the morning to be co-chaired by EU DG MENA Director-General Sannino and Palestinian Minister for Planning and International Cooperation Salameh.
- A Ministerial Segment in the afternoon, co-chaired by Commissioner Šuica and Palestinian Prime Minister Mustafa, with the participation of HRVP Kallas.
